Account and data deletion — Dinner Bell

This page describes how to request deletion of your account in the Dinner Bell app (published in Poland as “Obiadnik”) and the related data stored on our servers.

How to request deletion

Step 1. Send an e-mail to:

Step 2. State in the message that you want your account deleted. If you sign in with Google or Apple, send the message from the e-mail address linked to your account, or include that address in the message — this lets us safely find and verify your account.

We will confirm the request and delete the data without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days.

What will be deleted

Your account and the linked sign-in identities (Google / Apple).
Content you created: recipes, shopping lists and meal plans.
Analytics events linked to your account.

What may be retained

Crash reports (Sentry) expire automatically and are kept for at most 90 days.
Data we are required to keep under applicable law (if any) — for the legally required period, then deleted.

Data on your device

Dinner Bell also works without signing in (a guest account), and your recipes are stored mainly on the device. Uninstalling the app removes the data stored locally on your phone. To also remove the copy synced to our server, use the procedure described above.
